At QLI International, our team building programs are great energizers and can be customized to your group. Our activities reinforce team relationships, emphasize the power of diversity and give each individual a new sense of self-awareness and self-control.
The typical size of a group coaching session is 4-9 participants but can be extended up to 15 participants. We offer personal assessment of every participant using the DISC, Values Index and EQ (Emotional Intelligence) assessment instruments.
QLI International’s corporate team building activities are available both on-site and off-site. A tailored project program can include guided team events like a hiking challenge, specific strategic planning events, a cooking class, etc. all of which are designed to build a stronger, more united team.
